Alright, we got the warm up, preseason tailgate out of the way last week and it’s time to kick off the regular season right! On Sunday, September 13th, we will be in Lot M as early as we are allowed to be up until game time for the year’s first tailgating event! Be sure to check out our Events page to stay updated, and by all means come join us. Last week was epic. Despite being a meaningless preseason game, we had a nice turnout and made some new friends in the process. One of our FAVORITE things is when we have people we have never met, join us for a good time. In addition to our new pals, we had many of our regulars come by as well.
The Ravens will be in town to kick the regular season off, let’s hope it turns out the same way it did the last time they came here for our opener. Help us kick the football season off in style! We are going to celebrate like usual with plenty of food, booze and entertainment for all. We will be parked in our normal spot in Lot M as soon as they open the gates, typically about 5 hours before game time. You can bet your ass we will be in line waiting to get in, to get the food cooking and the beers flowing. If you want to show up early, come hang out with us in line, we LOVE meeting new people!
What will we eat this week, you ask? We are going to make Beer Can Ravens (ok, it’s chicken…but you get it) along with some side snacks such as chips as well as a keg of beer, Fireball and whatever else we decide might be good. The food and booze isn’t unlimited, so show up early to make sure to get yours! Go Broncos!
Weather Forecast: Looks like it’s going to be mid to upper 80s, so make sure to bring some sun screen…it’s gonna’ be HOT!
